Dana Milbank, Washington Sketch columnist for the Washington Post, writes about Congressional testimony given today by Admiral Mike Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Admiral Mullen's testimony could mark a shift in the position of military officials in regard to the Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy currently in place.
